APX921 is an intelligent and economical platform for Vehicles positioning applications. It integrates with SiRF start-III GPS chipset, Quad-band 850/900/1800/1900 GSM/GPRS (SIEMENS TC65) communication engine and mirco-computer processing power all onto a single engine board ,

 APX921 system takes advantage of  JAVA Script software platform to transmit
NMEA message to 24-hrs Control Center by Packet-Switch for monitoring through either
GPRS or SMS system. Control Center set command by sending SMS for monitoring through GSM system or internet access.
